There's a Stint app for iPhone on the App Store. Everywhere else — any phone, tablet or laptop with a modern browser — Stint runs in the browser, and you can install it to your home screen like an app.

Any kids' sport where you roll your subs through the squad — junior futsal, football, field hockey, touch & league rugby, lacrosse and basketball. The fair-time engine is the same; only the scoring word changes. (Sports built on locked positions and capped subs, like netball, aren't a fit.)

Yes. Set your game format — halves, quarters or thirds, and the minutes per period — once for your team, and adjust it per match for tournament days. The clock pauses at every break with a sub plan ready, and the fair-time engine paces each player's minutes to your format. There's also a subs-at-the-break mode for leagues that only swap at the whistle.

Every team gets an invite link (it's on your dashboard). A coach who joins with it gets 2 extra weeks of Pro after their free trial starts (cancel anytime during the trial — the extra weeks still apply), and you earn 3 weeks of free Pro per coach, up to 6 months in total. Earned time kicks in whenever you're not on a paid period, so you can cancel your subscription and stay Pro on your earned weeks. Full details are in our terms.

Your team and match history are kept safe — nothing is deleted. To open the app again, restart your subscription from your account and pick up right where you left off. Prefer to leave? You can export everything, or permanently delete it, anytime from Account → Data & privacy.
